Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site, such as a quote request, quote builder, install quote or contact form, we collect what you enter. This can include:

• your name, email address and phone number

• your vehicle's year, make and model

• the services, packages and options you select, and any estimate shown

• your message or notes

• the page or form you submitted from

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may collect standard technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, pages viewed and approximate location based on IP address. The Site also saves your light or dark mode choice in your browser so it's remembered on your next visit.

Cookies. The Site uses essential browser storage to remember settings such as light or dark mode. If we use analytics or marketing cookies, they only load after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

We don't knowingly collect payment card details through the Site.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• respond to your inquiry and prepare your quote

• schedule and carry out services you book with us

• contact you about your appointment or vehicle

• keep records of quotes and work performed

• keep the Site running, secure and working properly

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Framer, which hosts the Site and processes some form submissions

• Formspree, which delivers quote builder submissions to our email

• Google, which provides our business email

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety or those of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and quote information for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, and service records for as long as needed for warranty, legal and business purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you've given us by emailing hello@esmmotors.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Some information may need to be kept for legal or warranty reasons.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. The Site doesn't currently respond to these signals, because there's no common standard for how to do so.

Children

The Site isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, and the Site is served over an encrypted (https) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to other websites, such as manufacturer sites, maps or social media. We're not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
