How quickly can I get my car back?
Retrieval timing depends on your tier: Vault Storage requires 48-hour notice, Vault Premium offers 24-hour priority retrieval, and Vault Concierge offers same-day or expedited options.
Is storage indoors and climate-controlled?
Yes. Every vehicle is stored indoors in a climate-managed environment designed to reduce moisture and long-term degradation.
What insurance do I need?
We maintain garage keeper’s coverage, and members keep active insurance on their vehicle. Details are reviewed during intake.
Do you offer vehicle transport?
Vault Concierge includes complimentary enclosed transport within 20 miles. Additional transport options are available on request.
Do members get discounts on ESM services?
Yes. Members receive priority scheduling and preferred pricing on ESM detailing, paint protection film, ceramic coating, and tint.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Memberships are month-to-month with a simple agreement, and founding members can lock their rate for 12 months.
